Last Updated: December 2025

By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Deposit

A 50% deposit of the total project cost is required for work to commence.

2. Payments

All agreed upon totals are due on the day of service upon completion of the job, unless different terms have been agreed upon in writing. Payment options are cash, check, Zelle and debit/credit card/ACH (3.9% transaction fee). Upon job completion, BEFORE payment is made, please let your technician know or call 520-699-5166 if you plan to pay by check/cash/Zelle, so that the card/ACH transaction fee can be removed from the invoice.

3. Late Fees

If invoice is not paid within 5 days of due date, unless different terms have been agreed upon in writing between Copper State Plumbing Solutions, LLC and the client, a 10% late fee will be applied to the remaining invoice balance. Additionally, for every 5 days after the first 5 days, 10% will be added to the updated balance. And after 30 total days from date of invoicing, if payment has not been received (or other arrangements have not been made) we reserve the right to place a lien on the property where service was performed for the total amount of invoice plus late fees. This serves as a notice to the above stated client per legal requirement. Please let us know prior to the completion of your job if you will be needing certain terms.

4. Cancellation Fees

In the event that the Customer cancels a scheduled service appointment less than twenty-four hours (24) prior to the agreed service date and time, the Customer shall be assessed a cancellation fee of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00).
